How we work

For a basic registration you pay € 20,=, in this case you search the database yourself for suitable housing, if you find something you can call us for an appointment.

In case you want more service, it's possible to take a preference-registration for only € 35,-. We will notify you, if the requested apartment is coming available, during 6 months. You will get priority by viewings if there are more then three interested people. You can transfer the registration fee on the account of Bureau de Woonmarkt  4258079 of the Postbank.

If you are interrested in any of the apartments or rooms in this site, or wish to register with our agency, you can download an applicationform by clicking the link on the leftsite of the screen, you wil receive it automaticaly in your email. If you live in the area you can also visit our agency and look through our books which contain information on all the houses and rooms currently available.

In order to process your application we also need a copy of an indentification and a recent salary specification, If self employed then a copy of registration with the chamber of commerce will be suffient,
you can pay the registration costs by bank 4258079 of the Postbank in the name of Bureau de Woonmarkt.  It is also possible to register via post or fax. Viewing accomodation
Appointments to view accomodation, monday till friday from 9.00 and by appointment on saturday, are made via our office with the respective landlords, and mostly one of our employees will show you the accomodation. After viewing the accommodation or room you should always contact our office to report the outcome, and If you wish to accept it, then payment of a deposit will confirm your claim on the accomodation and assure that it will be reserved for you.

Pay attention!! The information about any sizes of the rooms on this website, are maybe not completely correct, but often approximately. Before you buy any carpets or furniture its recommed to measure it again. Bureau de Woonmarkt is not responsible if there is a difference in the dimensions.

The formal tenancy agreement.
Some landlords and estate agents have their own standard tenancy contracts or rental agreements, but in a lot of cases the task is left to us. In the latter case the contract must be signed by the tenant at our office and then countersigned by the landlord. All parties will recieve a copy of this.
